The following is a  list of suggested dinner menus. 
All of our foods are homemade unless otherwise specified. 
We choose to offer you only air chilled, grain fed poultry and Canadian grade “A” beef, which has been aged 21 days or more, in order to provide you with the highest quality of meats possible.

The below listed menus will include three salads, or, one potato, pasta or rice selection (with gravy where applicable), two fresh vegetables and one salad, each with freshly baked breads & homemade herb butters. All foods are subject to availability and seasonal pricing. Soup may be substituted in place of one salad where possible to be served.

White or brown rice salad with tomatoes, fresh herbs & garlic, Thai Black Bean & Rice, Fattoush (Lebanese Pita salad),  Quinoa pilaf with sunflower & sesame seeds, Cranberry, quinoa salad, Couscous & grilled veggie salad, Mediterranean cucumber with dill, Potato & egg, Potato & sausage, Curried Potato with Mango dressing, Pasta with fresh veggies, Coleslaw, Spicy Vietnamese coleslaw,  Wasabi with Red Beans & Pasta,

4 bean, Creamy pesto/in season veggies, Tomato & cumber with feta, Painted desert salad (black bean & avocado rotini), Leaf salads (Spinach & mushroom, mandarin Thai, Organic green, tossed, Greek or Caesar), Fresh fruit salad, Antipasto platter (counts as 2 choices), Spicy rice & bean salad (served warm), Curried lentil, rice & orzo salad, Roasted cauliflower salad, Roasted veggie and pecan Moroccan carrot and orange, Roasted heirloom beet,  Corn cilantro,  - all with homemade dressings

All of the above desserts are served with fresh Brazilian coffee & assorted teas

  • We will do everything we can to accommodate any food allergies your guests may have.  Please try to notify us as early as possible, if this becomes necessary.
  • Staffing charges will apply.
  • These menu suggestions are to include a buffet style service of your meal. 
  • Pricing will include clearing and crating of dinner dishes to the best of our abilities. 
  • Our pricing does not include rental or set up of dishware, glassware, linens etc.
  • We will be happy to offer you phone numbers of local rental companies, but we do not do rentals. 
  • You must negotiate directly with your chosen rental company.
  • Set up charges must be negotiated. 
  • We require a 20 x 20 kitchen tent, with sides for all outdoor weddings.
  • These menus are based on a minimum of 50 guests.  Anything booked below that number would be subject to a staffing and labour surcharge. 
  • Please note that all food choices are subject to acceptable cooking & serving conditions.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.  However, once a price has been agreed upon and a deposit has been made, there will be no price changes.
  • Please note that all prices are subject to applicable taxes and do not include gratuities. We require a deposit of 25% to consider a booking firm.  The balance of your bill will be due two weeks prior to your function and we will require a valid credit card number at that time.
  • If you choose to cancel your function after a deposit has been made, ½ of your deposit will be retained for time already invested on your behalf.
  •   If you choose to cancel up to one month before your booked date, your entire deposit will be retained to cover work already done on your behalf, as well as that date being secured for you
  • Please note that none of our staff are licensed to handle alcohol.  This rule will be followed without exception.
