At Country Meat Cuts, we buy only Canada Grade A products from selected producers who use quality, vegetable grain feed for their animals. At Country Meat Cuts, we know where our product comes from! All of our poultry is air chilled, grain fed and hormone free.
Every piece of meat has a time when it is at its best. We, at Country Meat Cuts will process, vacuum seal and freeze our products at this time. This way we can always be certain that our customers are getting their meats at the time when they are at their very best quality.
Vacuum sealing removes all of the oxygen and stores the product at its peak of freshness. We have personally tested the meats after two years and if the seal has not been broken, there will be no freezer burn or breakdown of the product.
