Pig Roasts are Our SpecialtyThe most popular choice for a pig roast is the
"Do it yourself" option.
We will supply you with the perfect roaster, Canadian charcoal and lighter fluid.
When you choose the size of pig you want, we will give you complete, easy to follow cooking instructions. We need to order your pig no less than two weeks ahead of time, to insure delivery.
We have 6 pig roasters and they are regularly booked out. We recommend you reserve your roaster as soon as you have a date for your function. This can be done with a non-refundable deposit of $100.
We can also offer you a full service pig roast, which will include the pig, cooked to perfection and someone to carve and serve it. We also have an extensive list of homemade salads and other foods to complete your meal.
The following chart is meant to offer you the average pricing, based on a 100 pound pig, which will
feed approximately 80 - 100 people.

Whole, boned and stuffed, barbecued pig – pick up hot
#2. Approximately $5.00 per person
Whole, boned and stuffed, barbecue pig – pick up ready to cook with barbecue
#3. Approximately $11.00 per person
Whole, boned and stuffed, barbecued pig – cooked and carved on site
#4. Approximately $35.00 per person
Whole, boned and stuffed, barbecued pig with full service dinner to include three salads, or, one potato, pasta or rice selection, two fresh vegetables and one salad, each with freshly baked breads & homemade herb butters. Also included will be one dessert and coffee choice. All foods are subject to availability and seasonal pricing.
Choices #1 & 2 may be approximately $1.75 per person less if the pig is not boned or stuffed.
